Costings

Examples of some costs are given below. This is a general guide and can vary upon the numbers required.

• Pre- employment paper screen questionnaire - £20 plus VAT - completed in our office with an emailed response.
• Sickness absence referral - £175 plus VAT
• On site visits for health surveillance are charged as follows:-
  • Hourly £50 per hour plus VAT
  • 3.5 hours £165 per session plus VAT
  • Day rate 7 hours £315 plus VAT
